    • Reinstallation with new stainless steel screws sealed with polyurethane caulking

    Siding Preparation

    • Vinyl siding: Removed and reinstalled after new vinyl installation
    • Wood siding: Either removed and reinstalled, or replaced with belly band and counter flashing
    • Stucco: Either sealed underneath or cut and replaced with belly band and counter flashing
