- Careful disassembly and removal of existing railings
- Options for recycling or reselling old railings
- Reinstallation with new stainless steel screws sealed with polyurethane caulking

Siding Preparation
- Vinyl siding: Removed and reinstalled after new vinyl installation
- Wood siding: Either removed and reinstalled, or replaced with belly band and counter flashing
- Stucco: Either sealed underneath or cut and replaced with belly band and counter flashing
