I’ve just had my faded old vinyl replaced on my deck by Sublime Sundecks. Frazer came by and checked it out and gave me a price that I thought was reasonable. He sent Jeff and Csaba to do the job so they removed the Railings, stripped off the old vinyl and filled and sanded the plywood. One piece of plywood had to be replaced and the flashing around the edges needed to be a bit longer than standard. They ordered the flashing and the next day they had it and started the installation. They finished it that day and got everything back together. I was amazed at the quality of their work and the speed in which they got it done. I was also happy that even though extra material and work was required Frazer stuck with his original quote.

I can’t say enough good things about Frazer and his crew. Frazer was able to install new vinyl decking in 1 day as well as organize the rails to be installed which took another day. Frazer gave me an estimate, not the lowest, but close. What did attract me was his ambition and sincerity. I had agreed to prepare and finish the deck, while Frazer replaced the vinyl. As it turned out I had a medical emergency, putting me in the hospital for almost a week. I explained to Frazer that I would not be able to finish the deck and if he could please do it. Frazer took the initiative did a superb job despite all the rain.
